Age requirement

You agree that you are over the age of 18 years old and that the person receiving the products are also over the age of 18 years old. You agree that any products that are purchased from ‘Nangsta‘ will only be used for food purposes as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

South Australia

South Australians are not allowed to purchase Cream Chargers between the hours of 10pm and 5am.

Use and misuse of products

You agree that any products that are purchased from ‘Nangsta’ or associated sites or entities will only be used as per the manufacturer’s instructions and only for food purposes.

You acknowledge that ‘Nangsta’ is not liable for any misuse or abuse of any products and that any evidence of misuse or abuse will result in ‘Nangsta’ refusing the sale and/or restricting future sales.

Marketing

You agree that ‘Nangsta’ may also use your phone number and email address to promote future promos and products via sms and/or email, please see our privacy policy for further details.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

As per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem.

A major problem is when:

  • it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • it has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about them
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
  • it is unsafe.

If you return the item believing it has a major problem, and the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.

We charge a $25 inspection fee for inspecting returned products where the purchaser has claimed that the item has a major problem.
